Colm Lynch returns to Mullingar with mesmerizing six piece band in tow…
Friday 1st February 2019. W/ Special Guest Katie Gallagher. Doors 8:30pm
Watson Ace is the musical project of Dublin Singer Songwriter Colm Lynch. In 2014 they released their debut album, the wonderful and shockingly under-appreciated “Backbone” which was produced by renowned, Swedish Producer, Adam Kviman (Wannadies, Eagle Eye Cherry…..)
The band is made up of the finest musicians Ireland has to offer; Aongus Ralston and Tom Domnican make up the super tight and always funky rhythm section. Russel Smyth on keys sprinkles magic dust all over Lynch’s songs. And in case that wasn’t enough, Watson Ace boasts not one, but two lead guitarists in Pete Maguire and Brian Grace. This show at the Stables is the band’s debut in Mullingar and promises to be be an incredible celebration of Lynch’s songwriting. Don’t miss it.
Special guest on the night is Ballymahon’s Katie Gallagher.
